About This Blog

Sometimes, I just get this itch to undertake something crazy - and this year, it is to do one race/endurance event each month in 2012. I'm blogging about it to keep a record for myself, to inspire others come up with and complete their own crazy challenges, and to raise money for a bunch of awesome nonprofits.

Here's my race schedule:

January 21st - Chicago Polar Dash - 10K Run
February 26th - Hustle up the Hancock - 94 floors Stair Climb (that's 1,632 steps!)
March 25th - Shamrock Shuffle - 8K Run
April 29th - Ravenswood Run - 5K Run
May 27th - Soldier Field 10 Mile - 10 Mile Run
June 10th - Naperville Women's Triathlon - .5 mile swim, 14.2 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
